Slowing down the course a bit to prevent burn-out; we work through a sustainable pace of 1 hour a week for website updates and improvements.

Not only will this help build your site out, but it will help you cement sustainable habits in relation to your online presence; so you won't be tempted to go "too hard, too fast" and destroy yourself before you have a chance to implement the whole program.
